I ordered a 3Mx1M table and am very satisfied with the entire process: support, communication, shipping, quality, ... Everything wonderful! Some negative reviews here made me a bit insecure beforehand, but we know how it is: if everything is good, you often forget to leave a review, and if something is wrong, you complain. 😉 I can recommend the shop and will shop there again in the future!

Even if, due to the unpredictable properties of the natural product wood, a customer occasionally expects a slightly different grain, color, or shape, in most cases we find an individual solution for our customer. Ultimately, however, our products are always unique pieces, meaning each of these special pieces of furniture is individual – dimensions, shape, color, and material properties can never be 100% identical to another piece of furniture!

The pandemic also presented us with new challenges

We are very pleased with the increasing demand for our products. Especially with the onset of the pandemic and the associated e-commerce boom, our expectations were far exceeded. However, in view of the new situation and the very high demand, we were faced with new challenges.

Surprised by the success and the effects of the pandemic, we were unfortunately not always able to meet these new challenges quickly enough in the past, which led to delays in delivery times and customer service responses in individual cases, to our regret. However, experience shows that in most cases everything runs as the customer expects. Unfortunately, these customers rarely leave reviews. It is well known that either very satisfied or very dissatisfied users write online reviews. So we also sometimes have to deal with negative reviews.

However, experience shows that our customer service can resolve many individual problems, so that in the end both the customer and we are satisfied. Even if a customer is not satisfied at all and decides to cancel, they can expect to receive their money back quickly and easily.

Unfortunately, we also had problems with the delivery of a wrong table top, then the holidays came in between and for a short time I was afraid of having fallen victim to fraud. After some angry emails, the head of customer service took over the matter and called me. The conversation was very nice and they promised us a remedy. In the meantime, we have the right table, they apologized several times explicitly, and we are now happy. In the conversation, I also referred to negative reviews from people who experienced similar things. They told me "the dissatisfied customers take the time to write something, while the satisfied ones don't always do that" – that's true.

Thanks to our success, we can meet the new challenges well

Since customer satisfaction is very important to us, we listen particularly carefully to constructive criticism. We work every day to improve our processes, products, and service. In addition, thanks to our success, we are fortunately able to meet the new challenges well, so that appropriate measures (personnel, quality management, suppliers, shipping service providers) have already been implemented. We are proud of this, because it means we can satisfy even more customers.
